Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Please review the following information:

   • You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal:

   • If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
   • We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

   • Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply under certain circumstances, such as the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
